West Elk, USD 282, does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, age, or disability in the admission to its programs, services, or activities; in access to them; in the treatment of individuals; or in any aspect of their operations.  The Career and Technical Education Programs offered at West Elk Schools do not discriminate in enrollment or access to any of the programs available.  Additionally, West Elk Schools does not discriminate in its hiring or employment practices.
