Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Wesley Young Receives Rudd Foundation Scholarship Tuesday, February 22, 2022 - West Elk High School had a surprise visit from the Rudd Foundation to announce Wesley Young as a 2022 recipient of the Rudd Foundation Scholarship! This scholarship is valued at $80,000. (Click here for complete press release.)

Thirty Rudd Scholarships were awarded in the state of Kansas from the Class of 2022. The scholarship process included an intense scholarship application including several essays. As a finalist, Wesley had an interview at the Rudd Foundation in Wichita, Kansas. High academic achievement, evidence of strong leadership skills, and attending Emporia State University, Fort Hays State University, or Wichita State University are the main criteria for qualifying for the scholarship.

At Emporia State University, Wesley will be required to be an active member of the Rudd Scholar Program.
